Shipping and Delivery
Please note that the current Coronavirus pandemic has caused delays with orders being delivered on time. We ship your packages via Australia Post, and they are working at their very best pace to fulfil and deliver your order within the standard time frame of your selected delivery option. We do apologize for the inconvenience this may cause to you and we encourage you to use your tracking number to continuously check for any updates on your order via the Australia Post Tracking system https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search
Delays with delivery are due to; a reduction in manual practices, a reduction in their air freight and passenger flight capacities, and Hygiene and Social distancing requirements that are being followed to minimize the spread of Coronavirus.
Due to the maximized precautions, signatures will no longer be required at delivery or when picking up your package. However, you will still need to be present if a ‘signature’ is required. Instead of conducting the sign off, the staff member or postie will confirm your name and acknowledge on their system that the parcel has been delivered or collected (whichever method is accurate).

2 – 5 Business days
Standard Post: Shipping Interstate
3 – 6 Business days
Next day delivery and up to 2 business days
Please note next day delivery is still an available option and all packages are prioritized when choosing this route. However, due to the increase in delays Australia Post cannot guarantee next day delivery but it is still considered the fastest delivery option.

Please note: There is no fixed rate for shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of products and is determined upon checking out.
Please allow 24 - 72 hours for your order to be processed, packaged and dispatched. Once your order has completed preparations for dispatchment, you will receive an email outlining that your order has now been shipped. This email will include all relevant tracking information.
